Training LA to be more site and contract conscious

Most of young LA do not get the right exposure and opportunities to develops themselves into better LA, but here in LWS you get to be all rounder from a-z and master all the trade in this line within shortest time........ Provided there is willingness to learn.

I can bet some of 10yts experience guy still finding it hard to deal with contract and we are not even talking about softlandscape where most LA in Malaysia  failed big time

So continuous coaching and traning set by our team would hopefully shaped ip them into the best LA in future.
